A 100% refund is available if you are not satisfied with your purchase, provided that you contact us within 14 days of receipt of your product. You will be issued with a returns reference number, which should be written on the invoice received with your purchase and returned with the product. Once we have received the product your credit card will be reimbursed if this was your method of payment, or a cheque or money order will be posted to you. Postage for your return will also be reimbursed.
