What information do we collect ?

We may collect information from you (including name, address, telephone number, email address and, if required, credit card details, as well as a record of your purchases) when you:

• Return or exchange products
• Inquire about our products or subscribe to our mailing list or email newsletter

At Elemental Skincare, we do our best to enhance the quality of your shopping experience and to ensure you receive just what you have ordered. With this in mind, we use the information we collect to:

How do we protect your privacy?

Elemental Skincare may contract with other companies who provide services such as product distribution and marketing or promotion.  We only provide these companies with the information they require to perform these services, and we are careful to choose companies who will respect and protect your privacy to the same standard we expect of ourselves.

Occasionally, we share our mailing list (names and addresses only) with carefully screened companies whose products we believe may be of interest to you. If you would prefer us not to share your contact details with such companies, please contact us

 

How do we ensure your security?

Our website uses industry standard security protocol Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt sensitive information, including your credit card number, as it passes through our secure payment gateway.

When you order online, you will be asked to supply your credit card's CCV (Card Check Value) number. The CCV three-digit number is printed in the signature panel on the back of your credit card, immediately following the 16-digit cardholder number. If your card does not have a CCV number (or at our discretion), we may ask you to fax through copies of your card to us for verification. We cannot process orders received without this number or sufficient supporting identification, as requested.

Our strict credit card processing guidelines are for your protection, as well as ours. We process each order manually, just as we do for fax and telephone orders. We do not transmit your payment or personal information to a third party for verification or processing. All portions of the order fulfillment process are handled internally.

 

How do we use cookies?

A cookie is a small data file that is stored by your web browser on your computer so that you can place an order on our website.

We use cookies to remember what items you’ve selected for your shopping cart and to recognize you when you return to our web site, so we can enhance and personalize your online shopping experience.

If you’ve set your browser to refuse cookies, you can place your order with us by fax on 08 9840 9647 or by phone on (08) 9840 9600.

 

How do we use email addresses?

When you provide us with your email address, we may contact you by email if required to process your order or to respond to any other request for service or information.

We will not send you promotional emails (e.g. our newsletter), unless you have agreed to receive them. Instructions on how to unsubscribe are given below.

 

How to unsubscribe?

If you do not wish to receive any further email or mail communications from us, you can remove yourself from our mailing lists by:

1. Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any broadcasted email you receive.
2. Sending an email to info@elemental.com.au. We will remove you from our mailing and/or email list.
3. Calling us on (08) 9840 9600 and asking to be removed from our mailing and/or email list.

Please check that all details in your order form have been entered correctly, especially your email address, as this is our preferred method of contact. If there are queries regarding any part of your order we will contact you by email.

3. If you have registered a customer profile, simply login to the store and you will be able to modify your details online.
